उम्मीदें अच्छी है या नही ?

कहते हैं कि उम्मीद पर ही दुनिया कायम है मतलब अगर उम्मीदें न हो तो जीना ही संभव नही है क्योंकि हम जिंदा ही उम्मीदों के सहारे रहते हैं, जैसे किसी को कुछ करने की उम्मीद तो किसी को कुछ हासिल करने की,किसी को कुछ देखने की तो किसी को कुछ दिखाने की । लेकिन ये भी कहा जाता है कि उम्मीदें ही तक़लीफ़,दर्द और दुख देती हैं । तो अब सवाल ये है कि क्या उम्मीदें नही करना चाहिए य क्या उम्मीदें वाकई दर्द की वजह हैं?
अगर गौर किया जाए तो आप समझ पाएंगे उम्मीदें दर्द नही देती , बल्कि उम्मीद से ज्यादा की गई उम्मीदें ही दर्द,तक़लीफ़ और उदासी देती हैं। जैसे कि अगर हम किसी इंसान से उम्मीद करें कि ये हमेशा हमारे साथ रहेगा और अगर वो छोड़ जाए तो हमें तक़लीफ़ होती है लेकिन अगर हम ये सोचे कि ये इंसान आज नही तो कल दूर हो जाएगा लेकिन जितने दिन साथ रहा ये बहुत बड़ी बात है तो अगर वो छोड़कर दूर हुआ फिर भी हमें उतना दुख नही होगा।।
उम्मीदें
उम्मीद कुछ पाने की हो तो नीची होना चाहिए, ताकि ज्यादा मिलने पर खुशी बढ़ जाए। क्योकि कुछ पाने की ज्यादा बड़ी उम्मीद रहने पर अगर वो हासिल न हो तो दुख होता है जैसे 70 नम्बर की उम्मीद करो और 60 मिल जाये तो उदास होजाते हैं और 60नम्बर मिलने की खुशी भी खत्म होजाती है लेकिन अगर 35 नम्बर की उम्मीद रखने वाले को 40मिल जाये तो उसे 5 नंबर की ज्यादा खुशी होती है।
उम्मीद कुछ दूर होने य खर्च की हो तो ऊंची होना चाहिए। ताकि खर्च य नुकसान कम होने पर बचत की खुशी हो।। जैसे 50 हजार रुपये के खर्च की उम्मीद करने पर अगर 30 हजार रुपया ही लगे तो 20 हजार रुपये बचने की खुशी होती है लेकिन अगर 30 हजार की उम्मीद लगाए और खर्च ज्यादा हो तो बहुत बुरा लगता है।।
इसलिए कुछ पाने की ज्यादा बड़ी उम्मीद लगाने से अच्छा है कम उम्मीद करिए ताकि ज्यादा मिलने पर आपकी खुशी भी बढ़ जाये।
इसी तरह कुछ खोने की य दूर होने की उम्मीद ज्यादा करिए ताकि जब कम से कम खोए य कम नुकसान हो तो हमें उदासी में भी खुशी मिले।।

How to reduce power consumption by LED lights...in hindi

एक सीएफएल(CFL) के स्थान पर एलईडी बल्ब उपयोग करने से 50% पावर की बचत की जा सकती है।।।

कैसे ??
मान लीजिए आप अपने 15X15 sqft कमरे में एक 12वाट की CFL उपयोग करते हैं जो कि लगभग 720 lumens (CFL 1वाट =60lumens)प्रकाश देती है

    720lumens प्रकाश के लिए आपको 7-8वॉट के LED (1वाट LED बल्ब=110lumems) बल्ब की आवश्यकता होगी।

Means अगर आप  12वाट CFL प्रतिदिन 12 घंटे उपयोग करते हैं इसका अर्थ है कि एक माह में आप कुल 12वॉट X 12घंटे X30दिन = 4320वॉट प्रति माह या 4.32यूनिट प्रति माह उपयोग करते हैं। अगर आप 7 रुपए प्रति यूनिट से बिजली बिल देते हैं इसका अर्थ हुआ कि आप एक माह में  34.24 रुपये सिर्फ एक CFL के लिए भरते हैं।।
इसके स्थान पर 7वॉट LED उपयोग करने पर प्रतिदिन 12घंटे उपयोग करने पर प्रतिमाह 2520वॉट य 2.52यूनिट ही खर्च होते हैं। जिसका बिल 7 रुपये प्रति यूनिट के हिसाब से मात्र 17.64रुपये होता है।।

इस तरफ मात्र एक CFL को बदलने पर आप प्रतिमाह बिल में  16 रुपये 60 पैसे की बचत कर सकते हैं।।।

Meaning is Skill in Hindi....

किसी भी कार्य को कुशलता पूर्वक करने का ज्ञान ,क्षमता तथा योग्यता को स्किल या कौशलता कहते हैं। किसी क्षेत्र विशेष में पारंगत होना ही स्किल्ड कहलाता है। किसी भी व्यक्ति की किसी कार्य क्षेत्र में हुनर,निपुणता और दक्षता को स्किल या कौशल कहते हैं।



    स्किल, किसी व्यक्ति की शिक्षित होने से नही देखी जाती अर्थात स्किल्ड होने के लिए शिक्षा की आवश्यता हो ऐसा जरूरी नही है। एक अशिक्षित व्यक्ति भी स्किल्ड हो सकता है जैसे एक गैराज में काम करने वाला व्यक्ति अशिक्षित होकर भी गाड़ी मोटर के सुधार कार्य मे पारंगत होता है। उसमें ये हुनर किसी पढ़ाई से नही बल्कि काम करते करते अनुभव से आता है।।
      इस प्रकार कह सकते हैं कि स्किल, किताबी शिक्षा पर निर्भर नही होती। साधारण तय जब स्किल की बात की जाती है तो ये सोचा जाता है कि स्किल या पारंगत होने से तात्पर्य उस कार्य क्षेत्र में की गई पढ़ाई अथवा शिक्षा है परंतु ऐसा नही है अगर किसी व्यक्ति ने इलेक्ट्रॉनिक के क्षेत्र में पढ़ाई की है परंतु उसे प्रायोगिक कार्य करते नही बनता तो वह व्यक्ति स्किल्ड नही कहा जा सकता।
           इसी प्रकार मात्र तकनीकी शिक्षा या तकनीकी कार्य का हुनर ही स्किल्ड नही कहलाता ,स्किल से तात्पर्य किसी कार्य को बखूबी करने की कला और क्षमता से होता है। उदाहरण के लिए एक कपड़ा व्यापारी भी जब किसी ग्राहक को अपने प्रोडक्ट्स लेने के लिए राजी कर सकता है तो ये कहा जा सकता है उस व्यक्ति में मार्केटिंग तथा ग्राहकों को आकर्षित करने की कला,निपुणता या स्किल है।। अर्थात वह व्यक्ति मार्केटिंग में पारंगत है।।

          इस प्रकार हम कह सकते हैं कि स्किल, किसी व्यक्ति द्वारा किसी कार्य को सुव्यवस्थित तरीके से करने की कला है जो कि किसी पढ़ाई य शिक्षा पर निर्भर नही होती बल्कि कार्य करने पर निर्भर करती है और ये अभ्यास करने से ही आती है

Advantages of Solar Energy



     

1. Renewable and Sustainable: Solar power is renewable and sustainable. Sun is going to shine till the end of this planet. It all depend on us how can we make best use of resources and use this free source of energy to power our homes and offices.

Now that we’ve looked at all of the different types of solar power that is out there and how it works, now we’re going to look at one of the most common devices that are utilized to get solar energy from the sun – solar panels. Let’s take a closer look.
Solar panels are a type of photovoltaic (PV) solar energy, which we explored in more detail above. In short, the energy from the sun goes through semiconductors, which in turn create the electricity and develop it so that it can be utilized effectively.







Solar panels take all kinds of light, not just the sun, and turns it into energy over time. The sun is just where the majority of the light comes from.
On the solar panels, they have a mass amount of solar cells. A cell by itself cannot do much, but a group of cells can help to create enough energy to power whatever it is that they are trying to power.
Solar cells are tiny disks, usually made of something like silicon. The solar cells will only produce power as long as they are being hit by light – once the light is taken away from the cell, then you will not get any more power.
This is why many solar panels are equipped with the ability to turn the cells toward the place where the light source is coming from at a specific point in time.
Solar panels are the main way that the space station, along with various other astronomical technologies, get the electricity that they need in order to take care of all of the energy needs that they utilize in the space station.
Solar panels are incredibly efficient, and they will be even more so depending on the type of concentrators that you put in there. Technology for solar panels is always changing, so it’s important to keep an eye on the technology and update as you deem necessary.

How Does Solar Energy Work









Solar panels work by absorbing sunlight with photovoltaic cells, generating direct current (DC) energy and then converting it to usable alternating current (AC) energy with the help of inverter technology. AC energy then flows through the home’s electrical panel and is distributed accordingly


Basic Steps in Solar Energy Generation and Transmission.

  1. Sunlight hits the solar panels, and creates an electric field.
  2. The electricity generated flows to the edge of the panel, and into a conductive wire.
  3. The conductive wire brings the electricity to the inverter, where it is transformed from DC electricity to AC, which is used to power buildings.
  4. Another wire transports the AC electricity from the inverter to the electric panel on the property (also called a breaker box), which distributes the electricity throughout the building as needed.
  5. Any electricity not needed upon generation flows through the utility meter and into the utility electrical grid. As the electricity flows through the meter, it causes the meter to run backwards, crediting your property for excess generation.

Photovoltaic Processes (PV)
Photo voltaic processes happen with PV devices, which take the sunlight and make it into electricity.
PV processes use materials that are known for naturally changing sunlight into electricity, which are known in the science world as semiconductors.
When the sunlight hits these semiconductors, they produce electrons, which are pushed through the device and make a current.
PV devices are still in development at this point in time; some rays of light, including UV and infrared, cannot be utilised by PV devices. This can be problematic when the sun is not shining brightly and these are the main rays that are being produced.





Solar Heating and Cooling (SHC)
Solar heating and cooling (SHC) is all about thermal energy.
The energy that is created from the sun is switched into energy that can be used to either heat or cool the devices that are being powered.
At this point, there are processes that can help in almost any context that you can imagine, from commercial buildings to homes.
The main reason that solar heating and cooling devices are necessary is because we need to reduce our dependence on natural gases and other fossil fuels.
Technology in the SHC sector is always changing and adapting, and advances are being made in this area of science every single day.

Concentrating Solar Power (CSP)







Concentrating solar power, usually referred to as CSP, are some of the newest technologies that are out there, even though the concept is not as new as many think it is. People have used the concept behind it for a very long time, which is why it’s shocking that it’s taken so long for us to actually harness it on a larger scale.
Mirrors are the main focus of CSP plants; they concentrate the energy from the sun to cause everything to work effectively. Without the mirrors, CSP systems would not work as effectively as some of the other systems that are currently out on the market today.
The sun’s energy then makes steam engines and turbines go so that the electricity can be produced and stored. This makes it different than the other types because the storage system is a lot more advanced than what you see from the other types of solar energy that are currently being used.
Currently, there are just over 1500 different CSP plants located throughout the entire United States; there are over 400 more to be planned within the next 5 years. By the 2020’s, the plan is to have over 3000 CSP’s working throughout the country, with over 5000 throughout the entire world.

What Is Solar Energy





Solar energy is something that we have really been looking into in recent years, if for no other reason than to try and find a better way to deal with getting energy without hurting the environment. If you don’t know a lot about solar energy, it is basically energy that we get from the sun that we convert into energy that we can use, whether that energy is used for electricity or for heating/cooling.


Solar energy simply means energy that comes from the sun. Sun is a powerful source of energy. Without it, there would have been no life on the Earth. It is renewable, free, widely available and clean form of energy that is currently in use by many home and business owners for variety of purposes.




Solar panels converts the sun's light in to usable solar energy using N-type and P-type semiconductor material.  When sunlight is absorbed by these materials, the solar energy knocks electrons loose from their atoms, allowing the electrons to flow through the material to produce electricity. This process of converting light (photons) to electricity (voltage) is called the photo voltaic (PV) effect.  Currently solar panels convert most of the visible light spectrum and about half of the ultraviolet and infrared light spectrum to usable solar energy.
Solar energy technologies use the sun's energy and light to provide heat, light, hot water, electricity, and even cooling, for homes, businesses, and industry.
